Our family stayed for 6 days during our visit to San Francisco. The views of this apartment are amazing and we could stare at it all day. Ria is really thoughtful and had prepared a welcome gift. The apartment is well-stocked and beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely time in San Francisco and enjoyed staying at the Glen Park property. Area was vibrant and property had great views. House finished to a high standard with lovely, comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything we needed. Rie was helpful and responsive to all queries and had thought of nice welcoming touches such as chocolate and wine. Neighbours very friendly and area felt safe. Thoroughly recommend this home to friends and family and would come back again.

Very positive experience. The home was well appointed, clean, great location with wonderful views of the city. The owner provided detailed and very helpful information regarding the facilities and the surrounding area (markets, restaurants...). We would definitely stay there again when we return to SF

We loved staying at this home. The views were wonderful, the house very well equipped, and the owners extremely helpful and easy to contact. It was especially convenient to have a home with parking for our rental vehicle. We will certainly be back!

The house The house is located at the top of a hill, which allows to enjoy extraordinary views from the windows, on either side of the house. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The area is really very quiet. In summary, a good place to explore San Francisco and its surroundings.

I made all the arrangements for my husband and I, my parents, and 1 sister (5 adults in all) for our trip to California, starting in San Francisco. I was a bit nervous about all our accommodations since I had chosen them for everyone, but this condo was perfect! Everyone was blown away by the spectacular views from both the front and back of the condo. They are even better than the photos online! The condo had everything we needed and the bottle of wine and chocolates left for us by our hosts were a very nice surprise. The condo was extremely clean which was very much appreciated by everyone. Ria's directions to the property were great, and although our flight got us in after dark, we had no problem finding our way. She was great to work with - answering all my questions in a timely manner and being available if we needed to get in touch with her during our stay. All in all, our stay at this property was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well appointed, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while visiting San Francisco - and the views are the icing on the cake!!

We enjoyed our stay. The Townhouse was very clean, comfortable and quiet-- a true home away from home. We were able to visit wine country which was just an hour drive. We also visited Sausalito and found a wonderful casual beachside bistro named Bar Bocce then drove to Muir Woods. We also visited Carmel which is a two hour drive down the Pacific Coast Highway. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions or concerns. So glad we chose this location to stay in San Francisco. Be sure to visit Little Italy and Tony's Nepolatana for great pizza and salads. Soto Mare for the best Cioppino. Enjoy!!

The townhouse is in a quiet location and had everything our family of three needed during our visit to San Francisco. Plenty of room, clean, very well-equipped and comfortable beds! We kept our rental car on the driveway and used the bus and muni transport to get downtown. The nearby Safeway was useful to stock up on groceries. The owner was very helpful and replied promptly to emails. Would highly recommend!

This townhouse was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was spotless, well organized, and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing around the dinner table. The location was perfect for us and we appreciated the clean comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners were very responsive. The views were truly spectacular!

Our family of four stayed here and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and the spectacular views after sightseeing all day. This was a comfortable and clean townhouse, very quiet. The bedrooms and beds were large and comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need. There is a new 35 bus to take you up or down the hill, so we used that and the 52 to take us to the Castro station or the Glen Park BART. It was an easy walk to Safeway and Glen Park Canyon. We managed without a car for the week. Our only complaint was the new couch/futon in the living room -- it was hard for any of us to get comfortable on it. So, the kids hung out on the very comfortable bed/futon upstairs, one of us took the comfy living room chair, and one of us sat on a bar stool. Overall, it was a great place with plenty of space for us all. I loved the personalized keyless entry. The owners were responsive to all of our inquiries.

Our family of 5 stayed at the townhouse. The views are certainly as advertised. The townhouse was clean and prepared when we arrived. We came in on a late flight and entry was very simple. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates. It was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very nice. The townhouse is located at the top of some winding streets, so GPS is very helpful. The location was actually very convenient to many locations in SF if you have a car. I would recommend for a stay in San Francisco.

I stayed here with my 2 adult sons. Nice apartment, well maintained with a stunning view of downtown San Francisco and the Bay Bridge from a ridge South of downtown. The ridge gives rise to an interesting micro-climate that changes hourly and is very San Francisco, changing from sunny to misty to cold to cloudy and back any way. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was as described, 2 large bedrooms, one with two queen beds, 2 baths and well appointed. We had a great time!

The views are fantastic. The location is easy to get to and the Safeway is only a mile away. A great drive into the city allows you to see the nice homes along the way. The traffic seemed minimal and so we really enjoyed the time we spent driving as well as walking when we parked. The house is easy to use. The king bed in the master is excellent. Highly recommended for a stay in San Francisco, a terrific value.

This is one of those places about which we can't say enough good things: the location at the top of Diamond Heights is super quiet; the views from both sides are breathtaking; the townhouse itself is perfect - immaculately clean, great, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed (we only slept in one); bathrooms are perfect, on and on. Rié was readily available and extremely helpful. Our daughter and her family live nearby. We hope to stay here regularly on our visits. Ruth and David

We had an excellent stay in this lovely apartment. It's right at the top of Diamond Hill, and thus provides drop-dead gorgeous views of San Francisco to both the north and the south, particularly nice at sunrise and sunset. All the rooms have large windows; we especially liked the view from the smaller bedroom. The environs are excellent for an easy walk in the nearby park, or a strenuous jog on the steep hills. We were able to walk into Noe Valley to meet friends, and it was also an easy drive for those who don't care for the hills. The kitchen was well-equipped (although we mostly used the coffee machine), and the living room and bedrooms were quite spacious and comfortable. Parking was convenient, our interactions with the owner were pleasant and professional, and the chocolate and wine awaiting us on arrival was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

We have been to San Francisco many times because we live in Northern California. But we have never stayed in a more spectacular place in the city. The townhouse is located in Diamond Heights high above the city and the view is simply indescribable. The city sparkles at night and every window seems to provide an awe inspiring vista . The townhouse itself is very comfortable with a good sound system and television. The hosts kindly left chocolates and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We were in town for a family reunion which turned out to be a loud and boisterous event; we were oh so happy to retreat to the quiet and relaxing condo. I know we would return we would return in a heartbeat. :)

The location of this property was just wonderful. This condo is not for anyone who is handicapped. All rooms are up a good amount of stairs. Up one level for living room and kitchen and 1 bathroom. Up another flight for 2 bedrooms and master bath. Having 2 bedrooms up and one bath on another floor was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was nice. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of closet space. The owners are very concerned with everything being clean and welcoming.
